    Condensation Particle Counter Model 3772 is a compact, rugged, and full-featured instrument that detects airborne particles down to 10 nm at an aerosol flow rate of 1.0 L/min, over a concentration range from 0 to 104 particles/cm3. It is ideally suited for applications that do not require measurement of high concentrations. The successor to our Model 3010, this value-priced CPC offers features found on our top-of-the-line CPCs. Like a front-panel display, anti-spill design, water-removal capability, built-in data logging and storage with removable memory card, and USB and Ethernet ports. Plus, the 3772 has built-in Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer™ (SMPS™) spectrometer compatibility, and it includes our Aerosol Instrument Manager™ software. It requires an external vacuum pump, available separately.

    Condensation Particle Counter 3775 is a general-purpose counter that detects airborne particles down to 4 nm. It provides highly accurate measurements over a wide concentration range from 0 to 107 particles/cm3. As a result, this CPC is quite versatile and well-suited for a broad range of applications.

    The successor to the Model 3022A, the Model 3775 features extended single particle counting with continuous, live-time coincidence correction for concentrations up to 50,000 particles/cm3. A photometric mode takes over at higher concentrations. The 3775 also features an improved transition between the two count modes. It has a color VGA display, anti-spill design, water-removal capability, data logging and storage capabilities with a removable memory card, and USB and Ethernet ports.     The Ultrafine Condensation Particle Counter 3776 (UCPC), a types of condensation particle counter (CPC) is designed primarily for researchers interested in airborne particles smaller than 20 nm. It is a continuous-flow instrument that detects particles down to 2.5 nm. It uses a special sheath-air flow design that improves response to changes in particle concentration and increases counting efficiency for ultrafine particles.

    The successor to our Model 3025A, the 3776 has a higher aerosol flow rate and better flow control. It features extended single particle counting with a continuous, live-time coincidence correction up to 300,000 particles/cm3. It has a butanol-friendly, anti-spill design with water-removal capability.     TSI’s Model 3787 General Purpose Water-based Condensation Particle Counter (GP-WCPC) can detect airborne particles down to 5 nm in diameter using state-of-the-art, water-based condensation particle counting technology. With a high sample flow rate of 0.6 LPM, the versatile Model 3787 is a good choice for low concentration measurements, yet it is also capable of measuring up to 250,000 particles/cm 3 using exclusively single particle counting. The carefully designed flow path, high flow rate, and sophisticated electronics used in the Model 3787 result in a rise time of < 1 ⁄ 3 second.

    This utilitarian instrument can be employed as a stand-alone counter or it can be used as a component of a TSI SMPS ™ spectrometer , a submicron sizing system.

    TSI’s N-WCPC Model 3788 is designed for investigators interested in detecting the smallest nanoparticles. This sophisticated particle counter uses state-of-the-art, water-based condensation technology and features the highest activation energy and lowest detectable particle size of the WCPC family. With less than 0.1 second rise time, the Model 3788 is the fastest CPC commercially available and its high sample flow rate provides low diffusion losses and low Poisson noise. Other important elements include a thermodynamically optimized growth region and enhanced optical and detection design for impressive signal-to-noise ratios. The Model 3788 can be used as a stand-alone counter measuring up to 400,000 particles/cm 3 (using single particle counting) or as a component of a TSI SMPS spectrometer .

    The Engine Exhaust Condensation Particle Counter 3790A (EECPC) fully meets all proposed PMP requirements for Euro 5 and Euro 6 regulations, as well as Euro VI. The Model 3790A builds upon the proven rugged, reliable, highly repeatable performance of TSI’s second generation butanol CPC technology. The Engine Exhaust Condensation Particle Counter 3790A incorporates new improvements and performance features, such as anti-spill/anti-flooding design, condensate removal system, removable saturator for maintenance ease, USB communication interface, and more. The Model 3790A has a lower particle size detection limit of greater than 20nm to meet the PMP’s requirement for eliminating measurement of volatile and semi-volatile nanoparticles formed by nucleation of gaseous compounds.

    The TSI Models 379020A Rotating Disk Thermodiluter and 379030 Thermal Conditioner can be used with the EECPC to eliminate nanoparticles formed by condensation of volatile compounds found in engine exhaust, as required in GRPE/PMP draft regulations.
